Bluebirch - User Agreement (MVP Version)

This User Agreement governs the use of the Bluebirch platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

Bluebirch is an online platform that allows users to create profiles, publish projects, and interact with other users through features such as search, favorites, and matching.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You must not impersonate others or provide misleading information.

You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g. profile information, project descriptions). By uploading content, you grant Bluebirch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content for the operation of the Platform.

You acknowledge and agree that any data, content, or information made available on the Platform (including publicly visible user profiles and projects) may be collected, processed, and used by Bluebirch for research, analytics, and the development and training of machine learning and artificial intelligence systems.

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy (to be provided separately). Users should be aware that publicly shared information may be visible to others.

The Platform is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability or functionality. Features may be modified, added, or removed at any time.

Bluebirch is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, to the extent permitted by law.

Bluebirch may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if users violate these terms.

This Agreement may be updated. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This Agreement is governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is established.
